產品保固

  • 因珠寶首飾均為客製貼身物品,除了新品瑕疵、寄錯商品、或運送過程中有損壞者,不接受退換貨。
  • 穿刺類珠寶,如耳環等,基於衛生理由,恕不接受退換貨。
  • 凡購買 JOYCE WU 的商品皆附有產品卡或出貨單。
  • 保固期:六個月。
  • 保固範圍:新品瑕疵、線材斷線 (釣魚線、鋼線、蠶絲線等)、手鍊或項鍊連接處脫落等。一體成型產品,包含但不限於一體成型的 K 金鍊、925 銀鍊、耳環,除了新品瑕疵問題,皆不在保固範圍內。
  • 收到商品後,請立刻檢查商品是否正確,如發生商品錯誤或於運送過程中導致新品瑕疵等問題,請於到貨 7 日內與我們聯絡,我們將協助您辦理退換貨或維修 (客製品) 事宜,並於連絡後 5 天內連同原包裝寄回原商品,超過時限未寄回視為自動放棄退換權利。請保持商品完整性,商品必須為『全新未經使用』,商品包裝需完整回收,包含購買商品、外盒、附件、內外包裝、產品卡或出貨單、隨機文件、贈品等請一併退回,若有缺件、商品毀損不完整情況發生,恕無法退換貨。
  • 保固期內,手鍊或項鍊產品如果斷線 (釣魚線、鋼線、蠶絲線等),可免費換線;如果接頭處有脫落斷裂,可免費維修。
  • 若產品因外力碰撞或人為不當使用,導致破裂、毀壞或遺失一部分,我們將視情況評估是否可維修,並酌量收取材料費用。
  • 除了新品瑕疵由買家負擔寄回運費,我們負擔維修後之送回運費,其餘維修品則由買家自行負擔來回郵資。
  • 寄回維修品之前,請務必先與我們連絡取得維修編號,否則一律不受理。
  • 所有寄回給我們的維修品請務必裝進密封夾鍊袋,並用氣泡紙等防護性包材包裝好再寄出,若維修品於運送途中發生其他毀損,我們一概不負責。
  • 維修商品時間約為 1 ~ 4 週,視維修品的狀況而定,有些需送回工廠進行修復。如遇材料無庫存或斷貨,尤其部分天然石可能沒有相同或類似品,若無替代方案便無法幫您修補,敬請見諒。
  • 保固期或保固範圍外之商品一律採報價式維修,我們保留拒絕提供維修服務的權利。

Product Warranty & Return Policy

  • ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND NON-RETURNABLE. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS AT THE EVENTS IF THEY ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
  • All piercing jewelry is NOT returnable due to strict health concerns with no exceptions.
  • Warranty Period: We provide a six (6) month limited warranty period from the date of receipt of shipment. All items are shipped with product cards (tags) or receipts.
  • Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults (but does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper handling or storage, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, and other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship) and we will at our discretion replace or repair the damaged item free of charge. The warranty does NOT cover lost stones, finished chain necklaces / bracelets / rings or the clasp mechanism – charges may apply.
  • If you would like to return an item, a request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number.
  • Should return or repair service be required, please contact us first and explain the problem in detail, together with attached pictures of the damaged item. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed. All returns and repairs are subject to shipping charges.
  • All returned items must be returned in their “original condition” and suitably packaged to protect them in transit. Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.  Any shipping charges are not refundable, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for your repair. Please accept our apologies for we may not be able to repair older or certain pieces due to unavailable components.
  • Non-warranty repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
